Build a SharePoint Access Review Dashboard for Copilot Rollout
Review the sites that need attention without pretending a spreadsheet can certify Copilot readiness.
How does this Blueprint help you? An authenticated web dashboard for a Microsoft 365 admin that imports one SharePoint site-permissions CSV, creates a queue of sites with visible review flags, records human follow-up and decisions, and exports a dated Copilot rollout review log.
Why this exists
Microsoft reports provide evidence snapshots, not the local owner conversations and decisions that a small team needs to track. The app joins those two parts without replacing Microsoft controls.
Who will use it
A small Microsoft 365 or SharePoint admin team that has already proved the manual review method on ten sites and now needs a repeatable coded product.
Blocker it removes
The admin has permission indicators in CSV files and decisions in emails or notes, so they cannot see which sites still need review or explain the remaining work cleanly.
V1 proof
Import the ten-site fictional CSV. Confirm that all supported fields map correctly, invalid rows are stopped, each site receives only evidence-based review flags, the queue sorts without using an invented risk score, three different human review paths can be completed, a read-only stakeholder cannot see raw import data, and the final CSV export contains the decisions, unresolved items, source dates, and proof-boundary statement. No connection to a live Microsoft 365 tenant and no permission or policy change is made.
How this Blueprint becomes a working result.
A Blueprint is the plan for creating a named result. A Course teaches; a Briefing helps you decide.
This is a software build specification, not a finished or deployed application.
Hands-on platform or code work. AI still guides every step, and you review and test the result.

You remain responsible for the result. You direct an AI coding tool, then review the scope, access, test result, and release.
AI is the guide, not the builder. AI can draft code and tests. It cannot choose production architecture, use secrets, or deploy without human review.
Stuck on a question? Just ask. If anything in the guided session is unclear, tell the AI. It explains, gives examples, and helps you answer before moving on.
Before you begin
A coding workspace, hosting and data decisions, test data, and a defined technical review checklist. Get a builder estimate before you approve or commit to the work.
Start safely
Start locally or in an isolated preview with seeded test data before connecting live systems.
New to agentic AI tools?
A Blueprint runs inside an agentic AI tool such as Claude Cowork or Codex, where the AI reads the whole Blueprint and works through it with you. If you have never used one, our free plain-English guide gets you comfortable first.
