Build a SharePoint Copilot Exposure Review Dashboard

Build a focused review dashboard, not a governance platform. V1 is for the painful moment where a Microsoft 365 admin is asked whether SharePoint is ready for Copilot, but the evidence is scattered across site exports, sharing reports, owners, guests, labels, and old decisions.

V1 builds a CSV-first internal app for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint admins. It accepts SharePoint site and sharing report exports, maps columns, scores each site for Copilot exposure review priority, lets admins record owner follow-up and remediation decisions, and exports a leadership-ready readiness log.

The first success test is deliberately small: import a realistic 10-site CSV, map fields, see the highest-risk sites ranked, open one site review, assign owner follow-up, record a decision, and export a log that explains each site's status and caveat.

The proof boundary is strict. The dashboard proves that evidence and decisions are organized. It does not prove compliance, legal risk, full tenant cleanup, instant indexing changes, or that Copilot will never surface unexpected content. Microsoft-native admin controls, SharePoint Advanced Management, Purview, and owner-approved remediation remain outside the app.
