Build a SharePoint AI Readiness Control Board

V1 builds a coded internal web app for SharePoint/Microsoft 365 admins preparing one priority content area for Copilot, SharePoint agents, AI summaries, or metadata enrichment. It takes a CSV/manual inventory of SharePoint sites, libraries, pages, or content items plus owner and review facts. It creates readiness findings, owner-decision queues, metadata gap lists, AI-review items, follow-ups, audit events, and a caveated readiness export.

The painful moment is when leadership asks whether SharePoint is ready for AI, but the admin can only point to scattered sites, stale files, unclear owners, and platform features they do not fully control. The board gives the admin a visible control layer for the human review work that Microsoft-native AI features do not decide.

First success test: an admin creates a project, imports 50 sample rows, sees missing-owner/stale/metadata/source-of-truth findings, assigns owner decisions, records follow-ups, and exports a leadership-ready report that clearly says what has and has not been reviewed.

Proof boundary: the board proves readiness work is tracked and caveated. It does not certify Copilot answer quality, replace Microsoft semantic indexing, change SharePoint permissions, or guarantee that AI will use the right content.
