Build a Customer Win Testimonial Queue for Solo Founders
Ask at the right moment, keep control of every message, and know which quotes you have permission to use.
How does this Blueprint help you? A private coded web app with manual win entry, a template-based request queue, copy-to-clipboard handoff, reply logging, permission records, an approved quote library, CSV export, and audit history.
Why this exists
The founder needs a small operating tool before they need a testimonial platform. The first useful result is a reliable manual process that keeps every customer contact and quote decision under the founder's control.
Who will use it
A solo or two-person product founder who already has genuine customer wins but needs a simple, respectful way to ask for and manage testimonials.
Blocker it removes
It removes the blank-page and record-keeping friction between a genuine customer win, a founder-approved request, and a quote with clearly recorded permission.
V1 proof
Using fictional data, create one customer win, produce a template request, test edit, approve, skip, and snooze, copy an approved request, mark it as sent, and record a positive reply without permission. Prove that the quote cannot enter the approved library or export until permission evidence, attribution, and allowed uses are recorded. Then prove that an unauthenticated visitor cannot access the app and that no request is sent automatically.
How this Blueprint becomes a working result.
A Blueprint is the plan for creating a named result. A Course teaches; a Briefing helps you decide.
This is a software build specification, not a finished or deployed application.
Hands-on platform or code work. AI still guides every step, and you review and test the result.

You remain responsible for the result. You direct an AI coding tool, then review the scope, access, test result, and release.
AI is the guide, not the builder. AI can draft code and tests. It cannot choose production architecture, use secrets, or deploy without human review.
Stuck on a question? Just ask. If anything in the guided session is unclear, tell the AI. It explains, gives examples, and helps you answer before moving on.
Before you begin
A coding workspace, hosting and data decisions, test data, and a defined technical review checklist. Get a builder estimate before you approve or commit to the work.
Start safely
Start locally or in an isolated preview with seeded test data before connecting live systems.
New to agentic AI tools?
A Blueprint runs inside an agentic AI tool such as Claude Cowork or Codex, where the AI reads the whole Blueprint and works through it with you. If you have never used one, our free plain-English guide gets you comfortable first.
