The same sorting, every day
Newsletters, updates and useful messages arrive together. You decide what to keep, file or deal with, often more than once, and the important one still gets buried.
A guided project inside The AI Authority
Connect Gmail or work Outlook to the AI you already use, paste one prompt, and say yes three times. Your AI learns your rules from your own mail, files a first batch you approve, then runs every morning on its own. Nothing is ever sent or deleted. About two hours today. If IT will not approve the connection, there is a route that needs no connection at all.
Check who it is for, the setup and access periodThis Board went live this week. For the first seven days it is 20% off, because the first members are the ones who find the rough edges, and what they tell us shapes the next revision. After 16 September it returns to the full price and stays there. Ends 16 September at 12:35 UTC.

You open your inbox to find one message and end up sorting everything around it. Newsletters, login codes, receipts and the same twenty senders sit on top of the client email you actually need. You have tried folders and rules before. The pile came back. You would let an AI help if you could see exactly what it was going to do, correct it in plain words, and undo it if it got one wrong.
Newsletters, updates and useful messages arrive together. You decide what to keep, file or deal with, often more than once, and the important one still gets buried.
New mail takes priority while thousands of older messages wait for a spare afternoon that never comes. Bulk delete feels reckless. More folders feel like more places to check.
Letting AI loose on your inbox is a big step. You need to see what it plans to do before it does it, correct it in plain words, and know that undo is one word away.
What done looks like
Start here
Within 20 minutes your AI reads your inbox and tells you what your three newest emails are about. Nothing has moved yet, but you can see it works. Within the hour it has filed a first batch you approved and read back exactly what changed.
How you’ll know you’re finished
A morning job reads your new mail, files Reference and Noise into folders or labels you chose, tags what needs you, and leaves a short summary of what needs you and what you are waiting on. You approved the six rules and the first batch, you chose the pace for the old pile, and the job learns from anything you move back. You know how to change it, pause it and stop it, and you have a review date.
How you get there
A short course connects your mailbox and proves it with one question. One Blueprint, pasted once, asks what must always stay visible, reads your 50 newest messages, and proposes six plain rules with the sorting shown so you can correct it. You say yes to the read, yes to a first batch you sized, and yes to the morning schedule. That is the whole setup. From then on the job files Reference and Noise, tags what needs you, and reports back each morning.
Suggested pace: About two hours today, then it runs on its own each morning.
One step is open to read before you buy.
Nothing else works until your AI can see your inbox. This short course gets you connected in the tool you already use and proves it with one question.
Inside The AI Authority
One paste, one conversation. Your AI learns what matters to you, does a first careful run on emails you approve, agrees a plan for the old pile and sets up the morning task.
Inside The AI Authority
A daily assistant should earn trust, not assume it. Decide what it learned, what it may do without asking and how big tomorrow's list should be.

Preview this step (opens in a new tab)If your Microsoft admin will not approve the AI connector, or you would rather not connect your email to an AI, this course gets you the same six rules from screenshots and the same daily result using Outlook's own folders, Sweep and Rules.
Inside The AI Authority
If you have only ever chatted with AI and the idea of it doing real work for you feels like a leap, this course uses made-up files, not your inbox, to teach you how to brief an AI agent, decide what it can touch, steer its plan and check its work.
Inside The AI Authority
Built for
Anyone with a Gmail inbox or a work Microsoft 365 Outlook inbox who uses Claude, ChatGPT or Grok and wants the daily sorting done for them without losing control. No technical skills needed. If your IT will not approve an AI connector, an optional path gets the same rules and routine with Outlook's own Rules. Personal Outlook.com and Hotmail inboxes are not supported by these AI tools yet.

Before you decide
Your progress, private notes and saved work remain on your account. Full access to protected content in The AI Authority lasts for the period you choose; afterwards, protected steps require an active plan, permanent Space ownership or Team access.
Your 90-day Learning Pass starts when payment is confirmed, not when you first open a lesson or Board item.
The page checks your account and Team access before checkout. It keeps your existing Board and progress, avoids duplicate charges, and shows the right ongoing option if the one-off offer no longer applies.
AI can answer individual questions. This Board adds the chosen sequence, named outputs, progress tracking and related Space material for the context and edge cases you would otherwise have to assemble yourself.
The current estimate is 2 hours, completed at your own pace over About two hours today, then it runs on its own each morning.. The complete learning path is visible on this page before you start.
No. The Board gives you a practical learning path and supporting material, but you still make the decisions and do the work. It is a product, not a done-for-you consulting service.
No. Collab365 is not an AI tool and never connects to your mailbox. You copy the Blueprint prompt from this Board and paste it into your own Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. The connection is between that AI account and your mailbox, made on the AI tool's own consent screen, and you can disconnect it from the same screen. Nothing about your email passes through Collab365, and we never see any of it. Your AI does the reading and filing inside your own account, and you make every decision. What Collab365 provides is the course, the Blueprint prompt and the closing Briefing, plus the wider AI Authority Space if you take the Learning Pass.
Gmail (personal or Google Workspace) and work Microsoft 365 Outlook, with Claude, ChatGPT Work (or Codex) or Grok. Personal Outlook.com and Hotmail inboxes are not supported by any of these tools yet. Work Outlook on Claude needs your IT admin to approve the connector and switch on write access before the AI can file mail. The course compares what each tool asks permission for. Scheduled morning runs need a paid plan on most tools.
Yes. The Board includes an optional path for exactly that. You show any AI chat three screenshots of your inbox list, it writes the same six filing rules, and you do the daily filing with Outlook's own folders, Sweep and Rules. Nothing connects, no admin is involved, and your rules are ready to hand to an AI the day the connection is approved.
No. The first step is a short course with screenshots for each tool and a plain comparison of what each one asks permission for. You connect, then ask your AI what your three newest emails are about. If it answers correctly you are ready. Most people are through it in 20 minutes.
Not on this Board. The job your AI runs only files routine mail into folders or labels you chose and tags what needs you. Send, reply, forward, draft, delete, unsubscribe, open links or attachments, change mailbox rules: none of that is in the job, and it is written into the prompt the job runs every morning. Your AI asks you before it acts, the first batch waits for your yes, and anything filed can be undone with one word. If you tell your AI to delete something yourself, that is your instruction, not the Board's, and it goes to your mail app's own trash. Our terms explain how AI-guided Blueprints and the changes you approve work.
You choose how many emails to start with; 50 is the default. The AI shows every message, its rule and the exact action in one table, tells you nothing has moved yet, and waits for your yes. Then it does it, reads back what changed with before and after counts, and offers undo in one line. Say undo and it puts any of them back.
After the first batch the AI asks you, with the cost of each option said plainly. Above about a thousand messages it recommends going sender by sender: one search per known sender, one yes each, and most of the pile goes in an afternoon. Or take a steady daily slice inside the morning job, blast through in batches, or leave old mail alone and only handle new mail from today.
It learns in two ways. Tell it in the chat and the correction becomes a dated exception in the rules and the job. Or just move a message back yourself: the next morning's summary notices and asks whether that should be a rule. Switch on auto-adopt and a Reference or Noise pattern seen twice becomes a rule on its own, with the summary telling you. Protected, Action and Waiting rules never change without you.
Your next useful action
Within 20 minutes your AI reads your inbox and tells you what your three newest emails are about. Nothing has moved yet, but you can see it works. Within the hour it has filed a first batch you approved and read back exactly what changed.
The one-off option includes a 90-day Learning Pass for required Spaces. Afterwards, your progress, private notes and saved work remain; protected steps require continuing Space access.
